2015 Season Highlights

Varsity: For the first time in school history the Boys Basketball team won at the City Championships and went on to the Finals and lost to the eventual State Champs by 7 points. The Boston Herald said our team’s victory over Brighton in Cities was “the biggest upset in the city this year”.  In the last poll of the regular season, O’Bryant was ranked #18 in the State!  The Boys Basketball team made history with 14 wins, City Runner-up, and our first ever state ranking.

Junior Varsity: The Boys JV team started out a little sluggish, however once the Tigers found their stride, it was all up hill. They had a lot of close losses at the beginning of the year and about a month into the season, things really began to turn around. There is a lot of good young talent on the JV Basketball team. The team put together a couple winning streaks and went on to finish strong with a winning record of 9 wins and 8 losses.
